03 · Paperwork
"Who still hasn't signed?"
One signing link per team replaces the per-team e-sign form. Families have to read the agreement before they can sign it. The club countersigns and both sides keep the PDF. Your season standards run the same way, with a tracker that shows who signed, who opened it, and who never did.
04 · Uniforms
"Half the sizes came in by text."
Families fill out one form on their phone, in English or Spanish, and see only the items their team gets. Sizes and jersey numbers go straight into the vendor order. At pickup, bags are packed and checked off athlete by athlete.

05 · Books
